Term & Condition Puri Jayaraja

RATES

  • All rates quoted in US dollars and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • Rates are subject to change without any prior notice

  • RESERVATION

    You can enquire about availability via the Bookings section of the website, or by calling us on +62 (0)361 755 805, email to: info@purijayaraja.com or directly to our online reservation system.

    All reservation inquiry is automatically confirm, if you book you room directly through our online reservation system.

    Once you complete the booking form, you will receive an email from us summarizing the details of your request, such as arrival and departure dates, your special requests (if any), the invoice total, and any deposit to be paid. In order for your booking to be confirmed we must receive your one night deposit by cash bank transfer in 3 hours after made the booking. Your booking automaticly release from the system once you don't have make the payment.

    CHANGE RESERVATION

  • Reservation can be changed with prior notice at least 3 days before arrival
  • Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability

  • PAYMENTS

  • All payment should be directed to Puri Jayaraja
  • One night non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation at our property, the rest of the payment should be settled upon guest arrival
  • One night deposit payment by bank transferred to Puri Jayaraja Bank account after made the bookings in max 3 hours, client must send also copy of payment document to be emailed or faxed to our office at +62 (0)361 755 805

  • CANCELLATION

  • Incase you want to cancel your booking with whatsoever reason, any amount paid by transfer or credit card is non-refundable

  • CHECKING-IN/OUT & DAY USE

  • Please note that the earliest you can check-in is 2:00 PM
  • The latest you can check-out by is 12:00 noon
  • Day Use : Until 6.00 P.M will be subject to 50% from the applicable rate
  • Different times may be possible with prior arrangement. Please enquire by email

  • COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION

  • We anticipate that your stay will meet your expectations. However, if a problem should arise, you should inform us immediately so that we can work to correct the situation
